Effervescence is a dry, pink sparkling wine produced from the 2018 harvest from 37% Pinot Noir and 63% Seyval Blanc. Spending just under 2 years on the lees has added finesse and complexity to the delicate red fruit aromas.
This versatile wine has a stunning pink colour and a creamy, long-lasting mousse. It makes the perfect aperitif for celebratory occasions but can also be enjoyed with an array of food such as seafood, risotto, BBQ or goat's cheese.
