We aim to dispatch your order 5 working days. There may be occasions where stock could be low, and we will have to delay delivery. We will always inform you of this by email.
All items will be packed on the day of dispatch. This means your items will get to you as fresh as possible. If required, the items in the box will be kept chilled with special cooling packs and insulation. This means that your produce can last up to 48 hours out of the fridge, although we recommend refrigerating as soon as you can.
We currently only deliver to UK addresses. We use reputable couriers ensuring next day delivery for many of our deliveries. You will receive a 4-hour delivery window on the day of delivery, and an option to confirm or change your safe place instructions.
Our deliveries do not require a signature, so the courier will need clear instructions on where to leave your items if nobody is going to be in. The courier will not attempt a re-delivery, so it is essential that you leave safe place instructions when you order.
You will also be given the option to confirm or change these instructions via a text and email once the delivery has been dispatched. Therefore, you must leave a mobile telephone number and an email address for the recipient. No telephone or email addresses, or any personal information, will be used for anything other than tracking updates and notifications.
We are unable to offer any refunds if your items do not arrive with you on time if you have failed to provide safe place instructions, a mobile telephone number and an email address for tracking updates and notifications.
